Group Supervision and Case Consultation with Sima Kulshreshtha, MSW, LICSW, CCTSI

Saturdays: 1/6/2024, 2/3/2024, 3/2/2024, 4/6/2024, 5/4/2024, 6/1/2024 

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm PT

Virtual via Zoom

This supervision and case consultation group will meet monthly for 6 months. After this time, the group can gather and see if group members want to continue in the same group or shake it up a bit. Sima will be able to sign off on these supervision hours, however, group members must also have another supervisor whose license they are working under.

This group would be great for:

• BIPoC providers

• People in Private/Group practice

• Medical Social Workers

Signing Up

$100 per person per 2 hour meeting. Total cost is due up front, ($600 for 12 hours of supervision). About Sima

I am a Licensed Clinician Social Worker  (LICSW) in the state of Washington, and am an Approved Supervisor in WA State. 

I have a passion for helping others live their best life. I’m involved in a number of community organizations. Through them, I have facilitated groups for developing mental health professionals, including graduate students, and new MSWs.

I started my Social Work career as a Medical Social Worker. I now run a thriving group practice, Peaceful Soul Healing (https://peacefulsoulhealing.com/).  Prior to this, I started my professional life in Finance/Payroll, HR and IT, with my last position in that career being an HR Project Manager at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I decided to go back to school to pursue Mental Health and have never been happier. 

I was born and raised in Canada to parents who immigrated from India. I moved to Seattle in my 20s. I understand the experience of having a different culture/social rules within my family system, and having to learn and navigate a completely different set of rules in North American Culture.

With supervision, I believe in a collaborative relationship. Supervision includes case consultation, as well as professional development. For Group Supervision, I believe that all of us have insight that can help us all learn and grow as Social Worker. I ask that everyone comes prepared to discuss cases, or struggles with their Social Work identity.
